First edition in famous Craxton jacket

An account of Fermor's travels through the Mani peninsula in the company of his wife who took the photographs for the book. Much on the history of the people, its art and culture. Mani is extremely remote and very wild and at this time only the adventurous explored this desolate and precipitous region.
