Ed Ruscha's 1965 book Some Los Angeles Apartments included a photograph of The Capri, a building at 118 N. Normandie. John O'Brian's book More Los Angeles Apartments follows Ruscha's format and contains photographs of other apartment buildings on the same stretch of road.
