A rarity of Soviet children's book design illustrated by Boris Inozemtsev (1904-1941). Okhota na Severe depicts the hunting of birds, polar bears, seals and deer in the far north and the products which can made from them. Scarce. Worldcat locates just two copies, at Columbia University and NYPL.

First edition, 12mo (19.7 x 15 cm); illustrations after Inozemtsev throughout, traces of stamp to two last pages; original wrappers also designed by Inozemtsev, faint number annotations to upper wrapper, a very good copy, 10pp.
