First edition, first impression; 8vo; ownership signature to front free endpaper, browning to endpapers (as usual), some offsetting to half-title, else unmarked internally; publisher's black cloth, silver lettering to spine, spine gently rolled, corners bumped, with the unclipped pictorial dustjacket, chipping to head of spine panel, light rubbing to extremities; a very good copy in the unrestored dustjacket.
