Colin MacInnes' autograph working manuscript of No Novel Reader, his treatise on 'the novel' published in 1975, just a year before his death. An exceptional item from the author of the acclaimed London Trilogy.

79pp autograph manuscript on loose lined and plain paper, variously sized, inscribed 'For Mimi / from Colin / Jany 75', written in pencil on one side only with numerous amendments, additions and deletions in black pen, some with filing holes, paper occasionally browned; housed in a brown folder, signed by the author.
