Anniversary edition, 1 of 500 copies (no. 198), signed by Admiral of the Fleet, Lord Mountbatten; folio, (35 x 25 cm); signed by Mountbatten to preface, folding colour map, 2 plates and illustrated endpapers of ship plans; original half green morocco, green cloth boards ruled in gilt with a gilt vignette of the Bounty to upper board, spine in six gilt compartments with gilt red morocco lettering piece, top edge gilt, housed in original green cloth slipcase, a fine copy.
