Illustrated account of the first Russian revolution of 1905-1907 by Nikolai Svinenko, a student of Vkhutein (known as Vkhutemas before 1927). Ipatov blames the failure of the 1905 revolution on the fact that the workers and the peasants weren't united against tsarist forces.
